Pointless exfoliating balls
My skin seemed to like the formula. It smells a bit like an air freshener, but not offensive. But the little plastic balls inside are absolutely pointless. They do not exfoliate at all. They stay in your hairline if you do not rinse off thoroughly. A shame as it could be a decent product.

Smoother skin
First time using this product I found it was ok but not as good as my usual one. There weren't really enough of the exfoliating beads and what there was didn't feel as though they were doing anything. If you have quite delicate skin I think this would be ok for you but I wasn't too impressed, saying that, it did make my skin feel a little smoother than it was.
