Awful new cream
What have you done!! I have used the “old” cream for 15 years and it was amazing!! This new one, burns, it has given me a rash and my skin feels tight and sore!! Please revert back to the previous one!! Very unhappy customer!!

used to be my favourite, not anymore
i have always used this moisturiser, it was my absolute favourite and made my skin look great, but recently noticed my skin was breaking out after the only thing changing was a new tube of this. really sad to see the formula has changed as it clearly doesn’t work for me anymore :( after looking it up i have seen so many people saying the same thing so i’m hoping it can be changed back to the old formula

Just awful!
Both my mum and I have used Nivea Soft (pre vegan version) for many years and have sworn by it. The vegan version is just awful! We both experienced a stinging/burning sensation immediately after putting it on and our skin felt tight, dry and sore. I am afraid it went in the bin! If I could give this 0 stars then I would. I will not be buying again. Such a shame that a once excellent product has been completely ruined.
