When is the promotion running?
There are 3 stages to the promotion.
1. PURCHASE
You must buy a Nivea Q10 Anti Wrinkle Power Expert Filler Serum 10th June 2024 and 27th August 2024.
2. TRIAL
There is a 7 day period from the date on your proof of purchase before you’re able to claim. This allows 7 days to trial the product.
3. CLAIM
If you are dissatisfied with the product, complete the online form at www.nivea.co.uk/moneybackguarantee between 7 days and 42 days from the date of purchase. Part of the form requires you to upload a picture of your receipt. The final online claim date is 08.10.24.
Once you have completed the form, please post your receipt to our PO Box: Nivea MBG, PO Box 99, Dept 1000, Aylesbury HP19 8TY. The final date to post the proof of purchase is 26.10.24.
Upon arrival of your receipt, your online claim will be verified within 14 days. All valid claims will receive a refund for the price paid for their product.

Where can I buy the products?
You must buy a Nivea Q10 Anti Wrinkle Power Expert Filler Serum in any UK retailer, either in-store or online. Make sure to keep your receipt as your proof of purchase, including any digital invoice.
Who can participate?
You must be a resident in the UK and over the age of 18.
The product was reduced at Superdrug, how much money will I get back?
You will get the amount back which you paid for the product. We will validate claims using the receipt provided to check the amount paid.
Can I claim money back on more than one product?
No, maximum 1 claim per household.
I’ve lost my receipt, can I still claim?
No, unfortunately you must have a valid receipt to participate in the promotion as proof of purchase, including digital invoice.
I haven’t received my payment, when will I be refunded?
Payment will be via bank transfer and will be made within 28 days of receiving the physical proof of purchase.
