On the Day Spot Prizes Terms & Conditions

  1.  The NIVEA Sun and Cancer Research UK Sun Safety Tour competition is open to all residents in England, Scotland and Wales, aged 18 years  or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

  2.  How to enter the competition: 

    a.  Attend one of the Sun Safety Tour events. Begin entering the competition through clicking start on the digital screen or your phone if you enter via a QR code
    b.  Spin the wheel
    c.  Receive your spot prize from a Brand Ambassador if you win one
    d.  Continue to enter the main prize draw by completing data fields if you wish

  3.  Daily spot prizes at the Sun Safety Tour include beach balls, water bottles, tote bags and NIVEA Sunscreen

  4.  Maximum one prize per person per day

  5. Winners will be selected at random by spinning the wheel.

  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network, or server failure of any kind.

  7. Competition closes on 25.08.24

  8. Winners will receive the prize specified in the Promotional Terms.

  9. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  10. The prizes are fulfilled by NIVEA.

  11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  15. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the competition. By submitting your information and entering this promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence in communications related to this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

Main Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  3. How to enter the competition: 

    a.  Attend one of the Sun Safety Tour events. Begin entering the competition through slicking start on the digital screen or your phone if you enter via a QR code
    b.  After spinning the wheel for the chance to win a spot prize, enter the main prize draw by completing the data fields
    c.  Prizes will be drawn at random on 25.09.24

  4.  There are 2 main competition prizes of a £1,000 voucher towards a family staycation at Center Parcs. Terms & Conditions of the voucher can be found here: https://www.centerparcs.co.uk/information/terms-and-conditions.html

  5. A maximum of 1 entry per person is allowed.

  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network, or server failure of any kind.

  9. Winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within one week of the date on which the draw took place.

  10. Winners will be issued a link to a secure data capture form.

  11. Winners will need to complete the form so that winners can be validated, and their postal address confirmed for prize delivery. The winners must complete the necessary form within one week of receiving the winner’s email.

  12. Winners will receive the prize specified in the Promotional Terms.

  13. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
